• We offer standard shipping; delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Once an order has shipped, Off Weight Loss Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  We encourage you to contact the carrier directly for updates or to initiate a trace. All shipments are insured, and we’re happy to assist with filing a claim if necessary. Please note that per insurance guidelines, claims for lost packages cannot be initiated until 20 days after the ship date. For assistance with an insurance claim after that time, please reach out to us directly.
