Return Policy
At O Body + Wellness (formerly Off Weight Loss Solutions), all supplement and product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important: Items Shipped by Brand Partners (Shopify Collective)
Some products sold on this site may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a third-party brand partner through Shopify Collective (“Brand Partner Items”).

  • Return eligibility, return addresses, and resolution options for Brand Partner Items may differ from items fulfilled by O Body + Wellness.

  • If a Brand Partner Item is eligible for a resolution, we will provide the appropriate instructions, which may include contacting the brand partner and/or returning the item to the brand partner’s designated return location.

  • Do not ship Brand Partner Items to our clinic address unless we explicitly instruct you to do so in writing.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@offweightloss.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any supplements, personal care goods, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us to arrange a resolution.

Refunds (if approved)
If your refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@offweightloss.com.
